The report showed that one week after the Qingming Festival holiday, the search volumes for travelling during the May Day holiday has increased over 7 times compared to the previous week.

From the data of tourist bookings, it can be seen that the market sees rapid growth in medium-and long-distance tours and outbound trips, as well as significant increase in the distance and duration of tourist trips.

Travel-related booking data show the travel trend of tourists, and the relevant data show that Beijing, Chongqing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Changsha, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Nanjing, Hangzhou are top ten popular tourist destinations for the upcoming May Day holiday. 

Many young people choose family travel, cultural tourism, food trip and other forms to start their holiday.
