Air Asia resumes Changsha-Kuala Lumpur air route

Tickets of the direct flight route from Changsha to Kuala Lumpur started to be sold from April 9. The route is scheduled to open on July 5 this year, with four flights per week.

After the route is launched, the flights will be run every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Now, passengers can book tickets at a promotional price no less than 688 yuan. The discount is valid from April 9 to April 21, and the departure date is from July 5 to October 26, 2024.

Passengers can book tickets through the official website of Air Asia, the AirAsia MOVE (formerly known as airasia Super app) app and the Air Asia WeChat mini program.

The Changsha-Kuala Lumpur air route is the sixth route operated by Air Asia to China. An executive of Air Asia said that in 2019, the company handled over 140,000 passenger trips to and from Changsha, which fully reflects the strong demand for this route.

The resumption of this route will further promote the tourism and business exchanges between Malaysia and China with the implementation of the visa-free policy between the two countries.

Kuala Lumpur, as the capital of Malaysia, is full of vitality and has diversified culture. Passengers can feel the fusion of modern architecture and traditional charm here.

After arriving in Kuala Lumpur, passengers can also transfer to the domestic cities in Malaysia such as Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Ipoh, and Langkawi, or go to countries and regions such as Indonesia and Australia through the route network of Air Asia.
