Grecian Food Festival opens in Changsha

Could you ever resist the temptation of delicious food from Aegean Sea? On the evening of April 12, the First Grecian Food Festival was held at the Zangba International Restaurant on the third floor of Changsha Yunda Sheraton Hotel.

Representing Mediterranean food, Grecian one not only has the advantages Mediterranean dishes enjoy, but also has its own unique flavor and color. The taste of food material has been retained, which attracts consumers greatly.

This food festival offers us a chance to enjoy Grecian dishes by ourselves. On the very night of opening ceremony, over a hundred guests came to enjoy the banquet.

Zangba International Restaurant 

Douglas, general manager of Changsha Yunda Sheraton Hotel, vividly shared his stories about his days in Greek. “We try to make this Grecian Food Festival, introducing not only the splendid civilization and charming scenery of Greek, which is very much similar to that of China, but also its hehy and delicious foreign dishes,” he said. And then, the five-star chef shared the making of typical Grecian dishes, all people toasting and enjoying these delicious foods and the performance by an invited band.

This festival is the first step for transformation of the Mediterranean dishes in Zangba International Restaurant at Changsha Yunda Sheraton Hotel. Afterwards, it will hold other food festivals like Spanish, Italian and Portuguese ones.
