On February 22, at the investment promotion conference of Jinxia New Town, the four major areas of Jinxia New Town, including the Jinxia industrial cluster, Guangong Lake, Gaoling, and Sutuoyuan, were promoted, and 23 key projects like the overall development of the Guangong Lake area were signed with a total investment of over 15.5 billion yuan. Meanwhile, relevant financial institutions granted a credit of 24.532 billion yuan for the development, construction, and industrial cultivation of Jinxia New Town.

China Railway Construction Investment Group Corporation Limited (CRCC), a Fortune 500 state-owned enterprise, will invest 10 billion yuan to develop the Guangong Lake area, which is the area in Jinxia New Town first developed.

In addition, Qingzhuhu Xiangyi Education Group intends to build the East Campus of Xiangyi Qingzhuhu Primary School in the Guangong Lake area, with a land area of approximately 32,668 square meters, and 36 classes.

At present, there are famous schools such as Qingzhuhu xiangyi Foreign Language School of Changsha and Changsha Lixin Middle School in the Guangong Lake area. According to the area plan, one new middle school and two new primary schools will be built in the Guangong Lake area.
