Located in the northernmost part of Kaifu District, Qingzhuhu Sub-district includes the Jiaxia Logistics compound and the Qingzhuhu compound after the system reorganization of northern Changsha and district partition. The east of Qingzhuhu Sub-district is adjacent to Shaping Street, west to Xiangjiang River, north to Shahe River, Dingziwan Street in Wangcheng District and Beishan Town in Changsha County, and south to the Belt Expressway (3rd Ring Road) and Xiufeng Street. With about 41 square kilometers, there are 11 communities under its jurisdiction and about 42,000 permanent residents. A number of famous enterprises and institutions are located here, such as Changshabei Railway Station, Changsha Port, Changsha Driving Test Center, Qingzhuhu Xiangyi Foreign Language School, Hunan Import & Export Commodity Trade Exhibition Center, Qingzhuhu International Exhibition Center, Hunan Grain Group, Sinopharm Group Hunan, YES Tech and so on. It is also home to some high-quality cultural and creative industry bases such as Huxin Island Software Park, Venture Building and Zall E-Commerce Mall and some ecologically livable residential areas.
