Liuyanghe Sub-district Office is contiguous to the 2nd Ring Road on the east, Ladao River on the north, Furong North Road on the west and Liuyang River on the south. With an area of 5.9 square kilometers and a permanent population of 20,000, it governs five communities – Shuanghe, Chenjiadu, Shijiapo, Maojialong and Fuyuan Road - and Laohu Water Resources Management Office.
