I. Brief introduction to office buildings

Located at No. 109, Section 1, Furong Middle Road, Kaifu District, the C block of Huachuang International Plaza is a 100-meter high-rise, Grade A office building with a single storey height of 4.2 meters and a single floor area of about 1,300 square meters. It is equipped with five elevators, 500 parking lots. Meanwhile, the plaza was surrounded by many places of historic sites, cultural and leisure venues, medical and education institutions and various public facilities, including the Kaifu Temple, Martyrs Park, Hunan Museum, Hunan Provincial Exhibition Hall, Hunan Gymnasium, Xiangya Hospital, the Maternal and Child Heh Hospital of Hunan Province, the First Hospital of Changsha, the First High School of Changsha. All these provide convenient services for people's work, living, and entertainment.

II. Construction situation of civil-military integration startups and innovation base

A) Basic information

The base covers an area of 10,000 square meters with eight floors as planned. The district government has planned to invest 15 million yuan annually in its construction. The utilities such as tap water, electricity, gas, telecommunication, air-conditioning and network are already in place.

The base was operated and managed by the principles of "government-sponsored, institutional operation, orderly entry and exit, and comprehensive support".

B) Investment attraction

i) At present, 11 enterprises have confirmed to settle in the base. Among them, three companies settled in the sixth floor, including Hunan Chaoneng Robot an six companies in the seventh and eighth floors, including Hunan Flyser.

ii) 21 enterprises to settle in. Fourteen enterprises will settle in the building from seventh to eleventh floors and they are introduced by CHPT Corp, a sci-tech incubator. The Hunan Hanshi Energy and Target Recognize Team of National University of Defense and Technology plans to settle in the eighth floor; Hunan Zhongyun Feihua Information Technology, Hubei Huiou Technology, ninth floor; Changsha Branch of Beijing Wang Yun Fei Information Technology, Hunan Rong Ke Ri Xin Equipment Technology, Temperature Control for Chip Design and Manufacturing Team, tenth floor; the headquarters of National Technology and High-grade Company, National Technology Research Institute, 11th floor; six enterprises under Professor Luo Shibin from Central South University, 12th floor; A pilot base for Beidou Navigation Satellite System and civil-military integration, 13th floor.
