Hunan Perfly-Bio company has taken the lead in the feed industry. It has advanced platforms for solid biological fermentation production, established a platform for slow-release preparations in accordance with pharmaceutical standards, and realized microencapsulated oil droplets with a particle size as low as 2 microns by own production lines.

Recently, the phase II production base of the company has entered trial operation, with a land area of 68 mu (4.5 hectares) and a total construction area of 30,000 square meters. It mainly involves the construction of test workshop and preparation workshop.

“The phase II projectconforms to the trend of intelligenttimes, said Cheng Jing, an assistant of general manager of the company. The company introduces automation equipment, adopts modern scientific and technologicalmanagement methods, and improve the intelligent level of the workshop, making the products more precise.

“There are 10 to 12 workers working at the production lines in the workshop of the first phase project. Compared with it, the second phase only needs 5 workers and it adds four production lines, which greatly improves the production capacity and is expected to increase an annual output value by 100 million yuan,” said Cheng Jing. The smart workshops have obvious advantages such as high productivity and a decrease in the number of workers.

In 2016 when the first phase of the project was completed, the turnover began to grow rapidly. The sales exceeded 200 million yuan in 2020 and reached 120 million yuan in the first half of this year, up 22% year on year.

The sales even soared during the epidemic. That’s because people consumed more meats when staying at home and the company ensured smooth sales channels with the help of the local government when its raw materials were stranded in Hubei due to the outbreak of the epidemic.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales, the company uses fermentation, preparation and other green means instead of traditional modes. It launches products with green, environment-friendly, efficient and accurate characters, which are sold to many provinces in China and exported to southeast Asia, eastern Europe and other overseas markets.
