The 2021 Recruitment Service Month was launched on the morning of April 13, with a job fair of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Park held at the same time. It fully demonstrates its industrial development plan, the environment for talent development, innovation and entrepreneurial activities to job seekers and college graduates. This is designed to provide a solid support in terms of human resources for the high-quality development of the park.

The special job fair was divided into three parts. It invited more than 50 star enterprises in the park to introduce talents, and provided more than 400 jobs, such as video editors, executive directors, scriptwriters, operators, software development engineers, and other positions.

A special live broadcast room was set at the job fair. Jian Guijun, along with three well-known companies including Hunan Satellite TV Commercial Operation Center (EE Advertising), Hunan Juheng Culture Media Group Co., Ltd., and Changsha Qianbo Information Technology Co., Ltd. promoted the basic situation and the policies of the park on a live stream by interacting with the targeted talents online.

In addition, the park has also established a recruitment page of the Recruitment Service Month of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Park on zhaopin.dom to provide enterprises in the park and job seekers with comprehensive recruitment services, such as introductions of enterprises, job postings, resume delivery, and video interviews. There are more than 1,000 positions available for job seekers.
