Established in 2001, Hunan YES TECH is located in the Jinxia Economic Development Zone with a registered capital of 10.99 million yuan and more than 160 employees. It has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hunan Green Energy and Shenzhen Xinyasheng Technology, and a joint-investment branch Singapore YES TECH-Matta(S) Led Display LLP. It has set up offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and other places and is committed to the research, development, production and sales of LED application electronic products (including LED display series, LED lighting series, LED control systems).

II. Brief Introduction to YES TECH Opto-electric Industrial Park Project

In July, 2009, YES TECH officially settled in the Jinxia Economic Development Zone and launched the YES TECH Opto-electric Industrial Park Project in 2010 which was invested and operated by YES TECH.The project is located in the Jinxia Economic Development Zone, south of Qingzhu Avenue, west of Zhiji Road, north of Xin'an Road and east of Jinpen Avenue, covering an area of 33.5 mu (32,500 square meters) with a total investment of 150 million yuan.

The first phase of the project mainly involves the construction of a factory, a lab building, two household LED lighting lines, one outdoor LED lighting line, and two display screen production lines. It was put into use at the end of December, 2011, becoming a leading domestic LED application product base with an annual production capacity of 300 million yuan.

It has an annual output of one million LED lamps and 800,000 LED display devices. Meanwhile, the project's comprehensive technology meets the international advanced level. The second phase of the project is committed to building a provincial-level LED photoelectric R&D center.
