I. Brief Introduction
Established in April 2011, Sarnjack Group is a large-scale enterprise mainly engaged in integrated logistics, warehousing and transportation, processing and distribution, spot trading, real estate development and financial services.
Hunan Sarnjack Holding Group Company was established in January 2011 with registered capital of 600 million yuan. Hunan Sarnjack Steel Market Management, Hunan Sarnjack Processing and Distribution Company, and Hunan Sarnjack Real Estate Company are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sarnjack Group. The headquarters of the Group settled in Jinxia Economic Development Zone, Changsha.
II. Brief Introduction to Sarnjack Modern Logistics Center
The Sarnjack Modern Logistics Center is a program launched in 2011 as a result of the economic cooperation between Hunan and Jiangsu provinces. It settled in Jinxia Economic Development Zone on January 28, 2011, which was constructed and invested by Wuxi Longerjack Holding Group and operated by Hunan Sarnjack Holding Group.
Based on water and land transportation and warehousing services, driven by processing, distribution and financial services, and connected with e-commerce and information service, the project has given full play to comprehensive logistics to build logistics base connecting central and western China and build the largest and most influential modern integrated logistics platform in central China and even the whole country.
Designed by China Machinery International Engineering Design & Research Institute, the project consists of a modern logistics center and logistics headquarters & comprehensive supporting service center. It covers an area of almost 600 mu (over 350,000 square meters) with an estimated investment of 1.65 billion yuan.
Settled in Jinxia zone, the logistic center covers an area of 520 mu (220,000 square meters) with the stock volume of 800,000 to 1,000,000 tons. The center is composed of a special railway transportation line and a dock. It is divided into an outdoor storage area, an indoor storage area, a production and processing area, an office area and an integrated service center in terms of different functions. The center is expected to attract 800-1,000 companies.
The Logistics Headquarters & Integrated Support Service Center cover an area of 120,000 square meters with two 5A high-rise commercial office buildings and other supporting facilities. They are built to provide office space for higher-level and larger-scale famous corporate headquarters or regional headquarters. At the same time, it also aims to build platforms like financial, high-end business, leisure, catering and other service platforms for enterprises in the zone. Once completed, it will become a landmark in the zone.
